Tao Mezzanine

Tao Mezzanine was designed for an owner seeking to transform a condominium within one of Tulum's residential developments into a distinctive and highly desirable vacation rental property.

The design focused on creating an authentic guest experience inspired by the colors, craftsmanship, and relaxed lifestyle of the Mexican Caribbean. Locally made furniture, artisanal textures, and custom-designed pieces were carefully selected to give the property a strong sense of place while maintaining durability for rental use.

Particular attention was given to comfort, functionality, and the creation of welcoming spaces where guests could unwind and feel connected to their surroundings.
