Mi Amor Restaurant

The restaurant and lounge at Mi Amor Hotel lacked a distinctive identity and felt disconnected from the romantic atmosphere that defined the rest of the property. The objective was to transform the space into a destination in its own right while maintaining a cohesive relationship with the hotel's newly developed design concept.

Drawing inspiration from Acapulco's golden era, the redesign introduced warm tropical woods, handcrafted details, layered textures, and a richer color palette that brought energy, character, and visual depth to the dining experience.

Special attention was given to creating memorable guest moments through atmosphere, seating arrangements, and carefully curated design elements. The goal was to encourage guests to linger, socialize, and connect with the space beyond the dining experience itself.

The result is a vibrant restaurant and lounge environment that has become one of the most photographed areas of the property, attracting both hotel guests and visitors from across Tulum.
