Casa Aguacate

Casa Aguacate was designed as a vacation home in Tulum that could seamlessly function as both a private retreat and a welcoming rental property.

Inspired by Wabi-Sabi principles and the relaxed spirit of the Riviera Maya, the design balances simplicity, natural materials, and durability while maintaining a warm and sophisticated atmosphere.

Throughout the residence, tropical woods, handcrafted elements, natural textiles, and carefully selected vintage pieces were incorporated to create spaces that feel authentic, comfortable, and connected to their surroundings.

The result is a home that captures the essence of Tulum while offering the functionality and resilience required for everyday living and guest use.
